What should the customer do in case he/she does not receive the SMS / Email upon making payment?
Customer should ask for physical receipt in case SMS / Email does not get triggered instantaneously to his/her registered mobile number and registered email ID OR to the alternate mobile number / email ID provided at the time of payment collection.
Can the SMS / Email be triggered to a new mobile number / email ID not registered with Fullerton India?
The payment confirmations will be sent to the registered mobile number and registered Email address as per our records. In addition, SMS / Email can also be temporarily triggered to the alternate mobile number / email ID provided at the time of payment collection.
