What is an EMI?

An EMI is the amount you will pay every month for the tenure of your loan. It comprises of the principal amount and the interest charged on the sum you are borrowing.

How to use Loan Against Property EMI Calculator?

Our EMI calculator is super easy to use! All you need to do is enter the tenure, rate of interest, and total loan amount. With these three quick steps, you can determine your EMI amount in seconds. Here is a step-by-step guide for using the calculator:

  • Select the loan amount. You can select up to `5 cr.
  • Next, select the tenure for the loan. For Loan Against Property, you can choose a repayment tenure of up to 15 years.
  • Use the ‘Rate of Interest’ tab to choose a rate of up to 24%.

Your EMI amount can now be seen on the right-hand side of the screen. If you feel that the EMI is on the higher side, you can make adjustments to the result by changing the tenure and amount.
