  • Use the ‘Rate of Interest’ tab to choose a rate of up to 24%.

Your EMI amount can now be seen on the right-hand side of the screen. If you feel that the EMI is on the higher side, you can make adjustments to the result by changing the tenure and amount.

Example: You require a loan against property for `50 Lakhs with a repayment tenure of 5 years. Set the slider at `50 Lakhs in ‘Loan Amount’. Next, choose ‘5’ years on ‘Loan Tenure’. Then, select the rate of interest in the ‘Rate of Interest’ box. You can use the EMI calculator as many times you want, so that you can arrive at your best option!
